HBI, a fast-growing international group specialized in maritime and air transport for 40 years, is looking for an Outside Sales based in Genoa. With several sites around the world, HBI continues its development with the creation of its new site in Genoa.

You will be in direct contact with the Branch Manager and in permanent contact with our customers. In our context of growth, you will oversee commercial development in your area.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospect targeted customers according to the strategic orientations of the company
- Establish a prospecting plan (social networks, press, specialized sites, etc.)
- Report every week your activity to the Branch Management
- Develop the commercial relationship with customers and prospects in order to guarantee the sustainability of traffic and the development of new traffic
- Ensure permanent monitoring of customers regarding their solvency, the evolution of their business, their organization and their traffic
- Participate in group sales meetings and share your strategy
- Make regular trips to maintain and develop the agency's commercial portfolio

Required profile:

- Graduate from a higher education in International Trade / Marketing Sales, you have a similar experience in freight/transit
- You have a real interest in field sales activities and a "hunter" temperament
- Determined, rigorous and enduring, you also have a real team spirit
- English Fluent Position
